James Larson is an experienced Intellectual Property attorney. He focuses mainly on patent and trademark prosecution. James also has extensive experience in license and royalty agreements specifically in relation to IP matters. James has successfully prosecuted over 50 patent applications to issuance in a variety of technologies including software, medical devices, mechanical and electrical devices. James Larson is Of Counsel and spends most of his time in the firm’s Lehi office, but also works out of the Salt Lake office one or two days of the week.
