Garrett Lee practices corporate and securities law with a primary focus on capital market transactions, including public and private financings, going public transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Garrett also advises clients on a range of business transactions and provides ongoing advice to companies regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and various other corporate and securities law compliance matters. Garrett has extensive experience working with clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, hospitality, cannabis, life sciences and mining, ranging from start-up entrepreneurs to both public and private companies. Outside of work, Garrett enjoys playing hockey, hiking, jogging, and the culinary arts.
