Daina Nathanson represents large and small business entities with a variety of legal issues, including entity formation; development, protection and licensing of intellectual property; mergers and acquisitions; equity capital and borrowing transactions; shareholder agreements; employment and consulting agreements; manufacturing, distribution and sales agreements; confidentiality and non-competition agreements and numerous other matters. Daina also represents various commercial lenders in asset-based lending and commercial mortgage financing transactions. She has significant real estate experience and has represented clients in the purchase and development of commercial real estate. Daina assists clients in the development, registration, protection and licensing of their intellectual property and has counseled clients in trademark and copyright infringement disputes. She received the American Jurisprudence Awards in Civil Procedure and Creditors Rights and the Bureau of National Affairs Award.
