Wilhelm Eklund is known for high-profile public and private M&A and private equity transactions. He combines excellent process management with strong analytical skills. He regularly advises private equity firms and large corporates on transactions, including public takeovers, buy-outs, minority investments, exits, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations as well as general M&A and corporate matters. Wilhelm has worked as a visiting lawyer with Hengeler Mueller in Düsseldorf 2013-2014.
