Hanna-Mari Manninen is known for being a passionate advocate for good governance and sustainability. She also has extensive experience in sustainable financing with in-depth knowledge of payment services regulation including PSD2. Her industry passion lies in Fintech. She regularly advises leading corporations and financial institutions, including their boards, on corporate governance, compliance and sustainability, often in the context of significant corporate transactions, crisis management or regulatory matters. She is an experienced chairman and a secretary of boards and general meetings. Currently, she serves as a vice chairman of the board of the Finnish UNICEF and for FINCI, the Finnish Center for Integrity in Sports. She holds several other board memberships in non-profit organizations as well as certain small and medium sized companies.
