Gregory Schernecke focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on private equity; corporate finance and general corporate matters. Mr. Schernecke represents private equity sponsors, alternative asset managers and operating companies in complex merger and acquisition transactions across a wide range of industry sectors, including travel and hospitality, life sciences, healthcare, technology, consumer products and financial services and asset management. He also represents companies and investment banks in cross border public and private financing transactions and securities offerings of equity and debt.
