Kritika Bharadwaj is a deal lawyer experienced in the legal aspects that span the life cycle of a business offering—from the inception of a concept to the development and commercialization of the product or service to sale and divestitures of businesses. She regularly represents small to large corporate clients across industries, including technology, life sciences, banking, finance, manufacturing, fashion and consumer products, in complex and strategic technology, corporate and commercial transactions. These transactions range from mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and financing of companies that are driven by or reliant on technology, data, blockchain and digital assets, or intellectual property, to multiyear, multimillion dollar deals involving the development, licensing or provision of technology, intellectual property and related services. She helps businesses evaluate legal risks in such arrangements, and structures and negotiates the underlying deal terms. Kritika also regularly advises on telecom, data protection and privacy laws, as well as trademarks, brand protection and advertising matters. Kritika is dual-qualified to practice in New York and India, and regularly takes on matters involving both countries. She maintains strong ties to the South Asian legal and business communities through participating in bar associations, as well as mentoring young lawyers and entrepreneurs from India. Kritika is fluent in English and Hindi.
