Jeffrey Brien is co-head of our Europe practice. He advises companies, financial intermediaries and private equity sponsors on their most complex mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance and capital markets transactions, including IPOs and high-yield and investment-grade bond offerings. With a global and diverse client base, Jeff is adept at navigating the complexities associated with executing cross-border transactions across multiple jurisdictions and provides clients with practical and creative solutions. Based in our London office since 2005, Jeff previously worked in the New York and Madrid offices.
