Lamont Larsen is a partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. His transactional practice focuses on acquisitions, divestitures, and commercial agreements, primarily in the energy sector. He represents public, private equity portfolio companies, and other private companies in a wide variety of transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, exchange agreements, corporate mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings. Mr. Larsen’s practice also includes the negotiation of operating agreements and commercial contracts for the upstream, midstream, and renewable energy sectors. Mr. Larsen is an active member of The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law and serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Institute for Energy Law. He has authored several papers and spoken extensively at various continuing legal education events.
