Samuel Blink is a Partner in Darrow Everett’s Corporate and Business Transactions & Commercial Real Estate Practice Groups. Sam routinely guides companies in various corporate and commercial transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and management, equity and debt financing, capital raises, disposition of commercial real estate assets, and corporate governance matters. Sam also represents businesses in connection with complex contract negotiations, including SaaS agreements, complex commercial real estate agreements, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, independent contractor and employment agreements, and technology agreements. Sam’s clients include public and private companies, including start-ups, many of which are in the Cannabis industry.
