Nicolas Mennesson handles matters involving actual or potential litigation relating to business law, and in particular mergers and acquisitions. He has particular experience in the area of corporate law and stock exchange regulations: market abuse, transparency requirements, public takeovers. He is a member of the Association Nationale des Sociétés par Actions (a French think tank on corporate law).
