Jean-Baptiste De Martigny is mainly active in mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures and corporate governance matters. He regularly advises public and private companies as well as private equity funds. Jean-Baptiste joined the firm in March 2015 after having worked in the Paris and London offices of international law firms.
