Francisco Martínez Maroto is an expert in all types of M&A transactions, and in advising national and multinational companies on commercial matters. He also has ample experience in the area of infrastructure, in general, and in the renewable energy sector, in particular. He serves regularly as secretary on the boards of directors of national and international companies. He lectures in courses and training seminars, such as those organized by the International Faculty for Executives.
