Bio

Elena Cuatrecasas advises on M&As, joint ventures, risk capital transactions, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), management buyouts (MBOs) and buyins (MBIs) and corporate group restructuring. She is an expert in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life science and TMT sectors, advising these industries and investors from a transactional and contractual perspective. She has worked in the United Kingdom and was managing partner of the Cuatrecasas New York office from 2014 to 2017. She is an active member of the American Bar Association and the International Bar Association (IBA), regularly participating as moderator and speaker, and a member of the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce. She is also secretary of the board of directors of several international companies and author of many articles published in specialized journals and collective publications.
