Bio

I am a partner in the corporate team, specialising in corporate transactions and advice to directors and shareholders. A lot of the transactions I work on involve private equity and I head up our private equity team. My primary focus is on helping clients to achieve their goals; I engage with them to understand their needs and work with them to find a sensible way to achieve the overriding objective. My approach is to balance the need for legal formality with the desire to reach the desired outcome in a pragmatic and commercial way. I am lucky to be part of a great team, which works well together and also has some fun along the way!
