Jonathan Bickham’s practice concentrates primarily on international corporate matters and business contracts. He has represented the interests of clients in the U.S. and abroad in a broad range of business transactions. Jonathan speaks Spanish fluently and works with many clients in Latin America as well as the U.S. with international mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in manufacturing, energy and other sectors. Jonathan has represented a Mexican publicly traded company in the sale to another Mexican publicly traded company and represented a Scottish company in the sale of a U.S. subsidiary to a U.S. energy company. In addition to negotiating complex acquisitions, Jonathan helps his clients with the negotiation and preparation of a wide range of business contracts. His experience also allows him a unique perspective with which to advise clients about general corporate and partnership matters. Constant study on the ever-evolving business climate across borders allows Jonathan the ability to share his knowledge with clients on structural, organizational and governance issues.
