Kyle Rabe represents clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, including public and private acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, recapitalizations, and private equity transactions. He also advises clients on corporate governance matters. Kyle has represented a number of major life sciences companies in connection with buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions transactions. He also represents clients in a variety of other industries, including energy and sports. Kyle is a member of the Bar of New York. District of Columbia bar application pending; supervised by principals of the firm.
