Throughout his 25 years at Corrs, Justin has guided global names such as BP, Cadbury, SAB Miller and Singapore Airlines on strategic transactions in the Australian market. He works easily across borders, having spent a large part of his early career working in South-East Asia. Justin has applied his skills in foreign investment, takeovers, schemes of arrangement and private treaty mergers and acquisitions across a range of industries. He is a recognised expert in the media and digital sectors, having been at the forefront of a number of transformational deals in those areas. He advises ASX-listed companies on their continuous disclosure and compliance obligations and regularly advises board members on directors’ duties. Justin finds innovative solutions to complex problems and enjoys the longstanding trust of some of the firm’s major clients. He has been a Corporations Committee member at the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia for more than a decade.
