An experienced corporate lawyer and strategic advisor, Andrew Hewson specialises in private mergers and acquisitions with a focus on advising leading domestic private equity funds on corporate carve-outs, buy-outs, exit transactions, portfolio company bolt-ons and co-investments. Andrew's experience also extends to advising family offices and venture capital funds on their activity across a range of industry and business sectors. He also advises clients on general corporate and securities laws matters, and works with international clients on in-bound transactions.
