Ms. Hu Xuerong worked in the legal department of Computer and Microelectronics R&D Center of the Ministry of Electronics from August 1991 to May 1995. The main achievements are providing assistant in revising the Computer Software Protection Regulations, drafting the Integrated Circuit Layout Protection Regulations, drafting Blue-cover Book on Intellectual Property on behalf of the Ministry of Electronics and representing the government to negotiate with Business Software Alliance in respect of software protection in the PRC. Ms. Hu Xuerong majored in Enterprise Management in China Textile University and obtained Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in 1988; majored in Law in China Renmin University and obtained Bachelor's Degree in Law in 1991.
