Sten Luiga is a Senior Partner at COBALT. Sten’s main specialisation is advising companies with regard to mergers, acquisitions and reorganisation of executive structures. He has extensive experience in counselling mergers and acquisitions of companies, risk capital investments, and conclusion of acquisition transactions. Sten is also experienced in commencing the activities of multinational companies, commercial and investment banks and listed companies, regulating the relationships between shareholders, as well as legal matters related to everyday corporate governance and the liability of management bodies. Sten has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 1992 and a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) since 1993.
