David Gottlieb practice focuses on capital markets transactions as well as public and private mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in the firm’s capital markets and M&A practices in Russia. David joined the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 2003. From 1995-1997 and from 2000-2009, he was resident in the New York office and from 1997-2000, he was resident in the London office. He was resident in the Moscow office from 2009-2010.
