Bio

Liz Humphry has a diverse skill set, practising in commercial and corporate law with a particular focus on the energy and resources industry. She has acted for a wide range of leading Australian and international organisations with regard to mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance/equity capital transactions, business structuring, projects and operational matters and Australian regulatory compliance issues. With a strong client focus, Liz works with clients on complex legal matters to achieve robust commercial outcomes and specialises in advising boards and senior management on their activities in Australia and overseas. Liz is a member of the Clayton Utz national board. Liz is also the co-chair of our LGBTI program.
