As a member of our national Transport Logistics and Construction and Major Projects Practices, James Kendal advises both public and private sector organisations on their rights and responsibilities under contract, legislation and on regulatory issues across major infrastructure projects, government procurement and commercial projects around Australia. James works for organisations across a broad range of industries, including aviation and airports, government, statutory corporations and construction, with a focus on the front-end of major projects & construction for light rail, major road and rail projects. James has an in-depth understanding of the many commercial, policy, regulatory, financial and technical issues faced by government and the private sector in complex transactions and he excels at taking complex technical issues and applying them to the client’s strategic and commercial objectives on projects and undertakings. James combines understanding with a strong project management capability to ensure project and client objectives are achieved.
