With almost 30 years' experience in corporate law, Andrew Walker has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. He has advised on a number of high-profile public and complex private M&A transactions, and has an intimate knowledge of the legal issues and strategies involved in takeovers, merger schemes, corporate acquisitions and divestments. Andrew also advises on governance matters, directors' duties and commercial and securities law generally.
