Sebastián Eyzaguirre is the Managing Partner of Claro & Cia. He has extensive experience in Corporate Finance, including Banking and Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions. He has represented a broad range of clients, including, lenders, borrowers, purchasers, sellers and investors. He joined Claro & Cia. in 1984 and is a partner since 1998. Previously he worked in Oppenhoff & Rädler, Frankfurt, Alemania,1993, and in Simmons & Simmons, London, England,1994. Languages: Spanish, English and German.
