Eduardo González has advised several clients in both local and international transactions with special emphasis in Mergers and Acquisitions and Restructuring of Companies. He was Professor of History of Law, 1981-1982 and Professor of Civil Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, 1984-1985. He currently lectures in Ethics in Legal Profession at Universidad de Los Andes. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association, where he was elected a National Counselor between 1999 and 2003. He joined Claro & Cia. in 1988 and is a partner since 1994. Before, he was in-house counsel of Banco de A. Edwards, 1985-1987. He also served in the legal departments of Banco de Santiago and Banco de Chile. Languages: Spanish and English.
