Admitted to the bar in three US states and the province of British Columbia, Ethan Minsky has a varied cross-border securities and transactional practice. He assists clients with securities law compliance in Canada and the United States, general corporate issues and structuring, negotiating and implementing transactions as well as providing general advice on the day to day conduct of business. Ethan works with our clients that operate primarily in the mining, oil and gas and technology industries.
