Opher Levenberg has over thirty years of experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, cross border transactions, corporate formation and structuring for companies in Israel, venture capital transactions, technology transfer and licensing and public and private equity financings. Mr. Levenberg earned his bachelors of law degree (LL.B.) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, his master of laws degree (LL.M.) from Osgoode Hall Law School. He also received a master of law in taxation (LL.M.) from New York University. Mr. Levenberg is currently a partner of Steinmetz, Haring, Gurman & Co., an Israeli law firm. He is a member of the Israeli and American Bar Associations. Mr. Levenberg is licensed to practice in New York and Israel. Mr. Levenberg is fluent in Hebrew and English.
