A partner since 1992, Mark serves his clients with a combination of creativity and practical business judgment developed through his expansive experience as a first chair attorney in trial and appellate courts across the country and in international arbitration matters. Mark’s clients include private equity and venture capital firms, and public and private companies located in the United States and Europe.
