Bio

Jon is a commercial litigator. He has extensive experience representing clients in employment disputes in federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Before joining Cheng Cohen, Jon worked as an employment litigator for Baker & McKenzie. Jon graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he was champion of the moot court competition and named to the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers. In law school, Jon also served as a notes and comments editor on the Indiana Law Journal. Prior to law school, Jon graduated from Eastern Michigan University.
