Jean-Baptiste Beauvoir-Planson is a corporate partner with nearly 20 years of experience. His practice focuses on a broad range of corporate matters. Jean-Baptiste has been active in the Luxembourg capital market space for more than 10 years with offerings and listings of equity and debt instruments in Luxembourg and abroad, takeover transactions, as well as shareholders’ activism. Jean-Baptiste was the head of the Luxembourg office from 2020 to 2021, He is now a member of our Global Relationship Committee, which coordinates the firm’s international activities in general. Jean-Baptiste is a professor at the Luxembourg school of business and a visiting scholar (intervenant) at ESCP – Sup de Co Paris – (French equivalent to the London School of Economics). Jean Baptiste is admitted to practise in France and Luxembourg, and studied in the U.S.
