Joaquim Jose Aceturi De Oliveira is a partner at Cescon Barrieu focusing on Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity. He represents banks and other foreign and domestic financial institutions, investment funds and private equity funds, foreign and domestic companies and other investors in public offering transactions, issuance of debentures, issuance of bonds, structured financings, mergers and acquisitions, sale of assets and joint ventures in various segments of the economy. Joaquim was an international associate at a major New York law firm between the years of 1998 and 1999.
