Ana Paula Alvarez Calil is a partner at Cescon Barrieu focusing on Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions. She frequently represents banks and other financial institutions, multinationals, private and publicly held corporations, hedge funds, investment and private equity funds and other investors on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including structured finance, local and international debt capital markets and M&A transactions. She was an international associate at a major New York law firm between the years 2010 and 2011.
