Bio

Alessandro Asti is a partner in CARNELUTTI Law Firm. He is a member of the firm's corporate and M&A department, where his practice focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions, private equity work, general commercial transactions and corporate governance. He graduated in Law at the University of Milan with a dissertation in corporate law titled “Management of Joint Stock Companies and judicial review.” In 2012 he obtained the "Law and Business" LLM at the Business School of “Il Sole 24 ORE” in Milan. He is a member of the Italian Bar since 2013. In 2016 he was seconded to the firm’s New York Office. He is fluent in English in addition to his native Italian.
