Jarrod Farley advises on all corporate and commercial aspects of Cayman Islands law and regulation, with a particular emphasis on investment funds. Jarrod has considerable experience of advising on the establishment of both regulated and unregulated investment funds in the Cayman Islands and of advising investment funds and other vehicles on transactional, financing and compliance matters, including local business licensing. Jarrod is consistently listed in the International Who's Who of Private Funds Lawyers.
