James Clark is a member of the Executive Committee and has been a partner at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP since 1987. Mr. Clark’s practice includes the representation of major investment banks and corporations in capital market transactions, including debt and equity offerings, bank financings and debt restructurings.
