Glenn Waldrip, Jr. is a member of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP's executive compensation, tax, and corporate governance and advisory practice groups. Glenn's practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including employment agreements, change in control agreements, equity-based compensation plans, other incentive compensation plans, deferred compensation plans, severance arrangements, securities law issues relating to executive compensation, and fiduciary and other issues in connection with pension plans. He also has extensive experience in the executive compensation and employee benefit aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. He has represented public and private companies, compensation committees of public corporations, private equity firms, and chief executive officers and other senior executives in connection with employment agreements and other compensation arrangements. Glenn has practiced at Cahill since 1985 and became a partner in 1990.
