Donna Bryan is a partner in Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP’s corporate practice group. Donna’s practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactional and related matters. She represents public and private companies in debt offerings, tender offers, consent solicitations, equity investments and M&A transactions. Donna has also represented underwriters in public and private debt offerings, lenders in loan financings and has extensive experience in the area of legal due diligence in connection with acquisition financings. Donna has practiced in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, insurance, finance and manufacturing. Donna was part of the team that represented Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. in connection with the combination of Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola Iberian Partners SA and Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG to form Coca-Cola European Partners Plc.
