Bio

Trent Lindsay is a partner in the Finance Practice at Cadwalader, with a focus on fund finance and private equity. He regularly advises clients in transactions involving leveraged buyout, credit, real estate, infrastructure, energy and other investment funds formed by many of the world's leading sponsors. He represents financial institutions and alternative lenders as lead agents in subscription credit facilities and in other fund finance transactions, including net asset value and hybrid facilities. He also represents private equity borrowers. In addition to fund finance, he has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Lindsay received a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina, a J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, and an LL.M. from Georgetown University.
