Walter Clark is partner in the Corporate team at Burness Paull, which is ranked Band 1 in both Chambers UK and Legal 500. He advises on M&A, equity investments, joint ventures and corporate restructuring projects, as well as undertaking general corporate advisory work. He leads the firm’s company secretarial advice and is a fellowship member of ICSA (The Governance Institute).
