Jamie Stark is a partner in our Corporate Finance division. He has over 20 years of experience as a lawyer in this field and is dual qualified under the law of Scotland, England and Wales. His principal practice extends to corporate finance, international and cross-border transactions, M&A, private equity and financing work, with particular emphasis on the oil and gas service sector. He is recognised in Chambers UK and Legal 500 UK as a leading individual for Corporate M&A. Jamie is a Council Board member of the Norwegian British Chamber of Commerce.
