Richard Spink heads the firm's Corporate and Financial Institutions team. He specialises in corporate advice, private equity, domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions. Richard's work focuses on complex corporate transactions and re-organisations with particular emphasis on the private equity sector. He has significant experience advising institutions, management and investee companies on buy-outs, buy-ins, development capital transactions and re-financings as well as exit events, on a domestic and cross border basis. He is a long standing member of the firm's International Committee.
