Camilla Usher-Clark advises on M&A, joint ventures, equity fundraisings and general corporate matters, as well as specialising in co-operatives, community benefit societies and alternative structures. She leads our corporate energy practice, and is a core member of the firm’s Energy & Utilities sector team. She advises developers, utilities, investors and funders on the full suite of clean energy technologies, as well as on broader net zero and sustainability projects. During 2021, our corporate energy team completed 61 clean energy M&A deals, with an aggregate deal value of £931 million. At the end of last year, our multi-award winning E&U sector team was named as a finalist in the ‘Outstanding Legal Adviser’ category at the inaugural Inspiratia Energy & Sustainability Awards 2021.
