Lars Kongsgaard Hansen primarily advises on M&A transactions, private equity-related investments, and alternative investment structures, including investments in energy and infrastructure projects. Among others he advises pension funds and other institutional investors on Danish and cross-border alternative investments. Furthermore, he advises on insolvency and restructuring of distressed businesses.
