Emma Hinton is based across our Birmingham and Nottingham offices. She joined the team in July 2012, having previously worked at both DLA Piper and Deutsche Bank. Emma specialises in banking & finance law and has acted for a range of UK and international banks, plc and limited companies, venture capitalists and private equity backers. Within finance Emma covers corporate and leverage finance, property (both investment and development finance), asset based lending and derivatives.
