Bio

Patrick Dziewolski, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, privatisations and capital markets and also advises listed companies on securities law matters. He has particular expertise in the energy, construction and financial sectors. He has for many years lectured in contract drafting techniques at the University of Paris V Descartes. Admitted to the Paris Bar (1998), Patrick is a graduate of the ESSEC business school (1997), the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (DESS, in business law and tax, 1994) and the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (DEA, in English and American business law, 1997).
