Olivier Saba, Partner, heads the Capital Markets team. He advises corporate clients in connection with IPOs, spin-offs, share offerings and bond issues on French and international markets. His practice also includes mergers and acquisitions work and he advises listed companies on securities law matters. Prior to joining Bredin Prat in 2003, he was with Shearman & Sterling for six years in New York, San Francisco and London.
