Bio

Matthieu Pouchepadass, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. He specialises in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and securities law. His practice also includes advising in connection with disputes relating to these areas. He lectures in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions at the Universities of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Paris-Dauphine. He was admitted to the Paris Bar (2001) and is a graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (DEA in private law).
