Bio

Elena Baxter, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. She specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions and joint ventures. She regularly advises multinational corporations in connection with their investments in France and represents French clients in their cross-border transactions. Prior to joining Bredin Prat in 1990, she was with the US firm Coudert Brothers for seven years, working in both their New York and Paris offices.
